The Hoy Hotel, in Lyness, Hoy, Orkney, is a small family run business providing the personal touch to your holiday. The hotel has five rooms - four twins and a single. All rooms are en suite with colour television and tea & coffee making facilities. In addition, there is a laundry room, should visitors want to wash clothing. There is also a comfortable rest room for those who just wish to relax and read or watch television. A cosy restaurant provides an ambient setting for meals and a spacious well-stocked licensed bar incorporating pool table and darts in which to relax and unwind during the evenings.

The Hoy Hotel caters for bed and breakfast, or half board which includes an evening meal. Depending on the time of year, full board may be considered.

Nearby facilities include a shop, public telephone, post office and roll-on-roll-off ferry, which are all a short walk away. School community facilities, which include a well-equipped gym, tennis courts, heated swimming pool and community room are approximately one and a half miles away, so everything is on the doorstep, so to speak. Public Internet access is available in the Longhope shop.
